*A "Trainee" is a student, resident, or fellow. A letter from the Program Director is required for Trainees who are not AMP Associate members and must be submitted at the time of registration..

The Welcome Reception (Thursday, November 10) is open to all registered Meeting Attendees at no cost.

Social Event
The Social Event (Friday, November 11) requires separate registration. Please join us for dinner and dancing! Space is limited, so please make sure you get your tickets early!

Meeting Location

 

The AMP 2016 Annual Meeting will be held at the Charlotte Convention Center. All Scientific Sessions and Exhibits will be held at the convention center. Additional events held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting may be held at other venues, please make sure you refer to the final program materials for event locations.

Payments

The Online Registration System allows payments by credit card, check and wire transfer. Please note, if paying by check/wire transfrer, you must complete the online registration form. An invoice will be created, the registration is not confirmed until payment has been receievd.

 

Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations received by written notification to amp@amp.org through October will receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee). No refunds after October 20.

Registration and attendance at or participation in AMP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow AMP to use and distribute the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Target Audience

The target audience for the AMP 2016 Annual Meeting is clinical practitioners/physicians, research scientists, medical education professionals, laboratory managers and supervisors, clinical laboratory scientists/medical technologists, students and postdoctoral fellows/residents with an interest in diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic approaches in molecular pathology.
