*A letter from the Program Director is required for Trainees who are not AMP Associate members and must be submitted at the time of registration.
Registration includes the daily plenary sessions and workshops, continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. All meals are buffet-style with vegetarian options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by written notification through October 14 will receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee).
No refunds after October 14.
