Registration for CME: The nonrefundable CME application fee is $50. You may pay the fee when you register, or you may register separately for CME until the application deadline of March 1, 2011. All CME fees are nonrefundable. To receive CME, in addition to the $50 fee, you must complete an online applicaiton and evaluation of the AMP Annual Meeting by the March 1, 2011 Deadline.

*A letter from the Program Director is required for trainees who are not AMP Associate members and must be submitted at the time of registration.

Your registration includes the daily plenary sessions and workshops, continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by written notification through October 15 will receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee). No refunds available after October 15.
