AMP International

International Affairs Working Group

The International Affairs Working Group, a working group of the Membership Affairs Committee, endeavors to advance molecular pathology around the globe through educational and professional activities.

Though the majority of AMP members reside in the U.S., the AMP founding members desired to create a global organization. Today, AMP members can be found in more than 45 countries and all continents except Antarctica. The AMP Internation Affairs Working Group endeavors to advance molecular pathology and expand AMP membership outside of North America.

International Conferences

AMP members who are on organizing committees of conferences outside of North America are invited to apply for AMP co-sponsorship and support for speaker travel. To be considered for AMP co-sponsorship and support, contact AMP directly.

International Affiliates

An International. Affiliate of the Association for Molecular Pathology is defined as a new or pre-existing organization based outside of the United States whose primary focus is molecular pathology and that wishes to establish a formal relationship with the Association for Molecular Pathology. AMP has welcomed three Affiliate Societies to date...

AMP invites non-U.S. pathology and scientific organizations to affiliate with AMP as International Affiliates. Refer to the International Affiliate Agreement and complete the Application for Affiliation to become an official AMP affiliate.
